How do I only choose my top 10 places to visit in Seminyak? I’ve been living here for just over a month and boy this island has so much to offer.
I’m here to spill the beans or should I say the smoothie bowls!
Best time to go.
We arrived in rainy season, January. So would like to add…There was no choice in the matter as our plans just worked out that way. I would highly advice NOT to visit at this time as it’s so humid and when it rains, it pours! We were unlucky to have our room flooded at out hotel along with many other villas and houses. Not ideal, especially 4 am in the morning praying our laptops and valuables are safe (they were thanks to the hubs) The locals said March onwards is delightful and heading to end February I can totally see why! Beautiful. Ubud’s rice fields also in perfect greens from April.
Here you go! My list of favourites in Seminyak. For my latest travel updates here.

1.Mila and Palma boutiques were my favourite, stunning decor and those tropical paradise feels we all aspire for when in Bali.
2.Batik restaurant captures all the vibes I’m about really haha. Pure whites and refreshing frozen passion fruit juices. Definitely try the local cuisine, the Indonesian platter was incredible.
3.Kim Soo. KIM SOO. Kim bloody Soo. Wwwwww this little bit of heaven takes the cake. Like serious decor envy right here. Dress cute, take loads of pictures as this place is all in one! Photo Props everywhere and also the minimalistic cafe is goals! See our photoshoot here.
4.Kynd community, well of course. Instagram worthy and oh so yummy! Me and my girlfriend had to get soul sister’s smoothie bowls.
5.Strawberry fields. Artistic, lively and SO friendly. We visited twice, we loved the burger special on Tuesdays but for the photo/healthy lovers the avocado on toast looks divine.
6.Potato head beach club They serve cocktails in a shell. I mean. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the perfect setting for a sunset and drinks evening. Book beforehand for a seat by the pool, so worth it! There is a cost but can be redeemed by having food and drinks.
7.Another amazing but way more chilled pool environment, Alila Boutique Luxury hotel. They have the pool for non-guests and offer you towel too. In return for a purchase at the bar.
8.Green Guru Smoothie bowls. This little or should I say HUGE gem is perfect and also the biggest bowls in Bali. Try the peanut butter one! Yum. Homemade granola and peanut butter topped with raw cacao chocolate. mmmm…take me back!
9.Mrs Sippy pool bar for that fun hangout place with your friends or to make friends! So chilled and some mad photo opportunities here with straw hammocks and hanging chairs
10.Last but so not least. The view from The Breeze at The Samaya hotel is one not to be missed! The sunset reflection on the pool was out of this world. Definitely worth a sunset meal or drink overlooking the beach.
